Zennopay provides B2B financial infrastructure for cross-border payments, multi-currency wallets, and ledger systems. We act as a technology provider and route funds through regulated financial partners.
3. User Obligations
As a user of Zennopay, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys.
- Comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.
- Not use the services for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
4. Regulatory Compliance
Zennopay is registered as an MSB with FinCEN. Users must undergo KYC/AML verification as required by our regulated partners and applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail to meet compliance standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zennopay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with Zennopay are the property of Zennopay Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our APIs for their intended business purpose.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
